Shane’s Fitness Bootcamp - July 23 & 30, Aug 6 & 13

Session run by Shane Crowe.

Shane would like to bring back the Pre-Season Fitness “Bootcamp”.

Shane is a Level 3 Sports Coach and Level 2 Fitness Instructor.

He would be happy to organise and run the sessions free of charge, collecting money purely to cover pitch hire.

Aimed at improving fitness

No stick and ball, though he may introduce stick and ball work in the later sessions.

Shane can also add in game based fitness if there’s specific things people want to work on.
